Meet Ayxa Hernandez CDA RDA

Ayxa has been a dental assistant for over 20 years, and her passion for both the profession and her patients continue to grow. Ayxa is committed to treating every patient with respect, compassion, and a genuine focus on their best interests. Her personal mission is to help elevate the standard of patient care and customer service in our field.

While employed at Orthodontic Harmony, Ayxa passed her Dental Assistant National Board Examination to become a Certified Dental Assistant in 2021 and completed the Dental Assisting Rapid Track Program at Monroe Community College in 2023 to become a Licensed / Registered Dental Assistant in the State of New York.

What Ayxa loves most about working at Orthodontic Harmony is the opportunity to enhance the patient experience—beginning with our very first meeting and continuing through to the day they complete their orthodontic journey. Along the way, she strives to build relationships founded on trust and confidence. The most rewarding part of Ayxa’s day is seeing the smiles on our patients’ faces and knowing they value the quality of care we provide.

Ayxa is dedicated to ongoing learning in this ever-evolving field, staying up to date with the latest techniques, technologies, and business practices. She also takes pride in strengthening her connection with the community—one patient at a time.

Outside of work, Ayxa enjoys spending time with her family, watching her two wonderful sons grow into remarkable young men, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
